The Waldron Centre sessions are on Thursdays from 10am-12pm. ![]() Royal Mail is launching a Christmas Stamp scheme to assist customers who are in receipt of Pension Credit, Employment and Support Allowance or Incapacity Benefit in buying stamps in the run up to Christmas. A leaflet regarding the scheme is being sent to every household in the UK between 8th and 18th October. The scheme will run from November 6th until December 24th at all UK Post Office branches. It will enable customers to purchase a total of 36 First and Second Class stamps at last year's prices (46p for First, 36p for Second). The stamps can be purchased in any combination of First and Second Class but they must be bought in a single transaction. ![]() I am backing the fight against breast cancer by taking part in Breast Cancer Campaign’s award winning fundraiser, Wear It Pink Day, on Friday 26th October 2012 – and would like my constituents to join me. Now in its 10th year, Wear It Pink will see supporters from all over the country in schools, colleges and businesses embracing the event’s new theme, superheroes. The theme stems from the charity’s belief that everybody who joins the fight – from people affected by breast cancer, to Breast Cancer Campaign scientists and all Wear It Pink participants – is a superhero. |
